1. How do I book my room?
You can book online by clicking here → Shurn Anniversary Trip or by calling 1-800-FUN4SUN (1-800-386-4786). If calling, make sure to mention "Shurn Anniversary Vacation, June 14–19, 2026" so you receive the group rate.
2. What’s the deadline to reserve at the group rate?
All reservations must be made by May 14, 2026 to secure the special group rate. After this date, rates and availability are not guaranteed.
3. Can I arrive earlier or stay later?
Yes! Group rates are available up to 4 nights before and 4 nights after the main trip dates (June 14–19, 2026), based on availability. That means you can book as early as June 11 or depart as late as June 21.
4. How much is the deposit and when is it due?
A 2-night deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged when you arrive at the resort.

5. What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the 2-night deposit. Name changes are not allowed within 30 days of arrival.
6. What is included in the resort fee?
The $77 per night resort fee covers: Unlimited Aquaventure water park access, Wi-Fi for up to 6 devices, Fitness center access for two people daily. 2 reusable souvenir water bottles per room, Access to The Dig, Predator Tunnel, and marine habitats, Resort shuttle service, Movies, activities, and local calls.
7. Can children stay for free?
Yes! Children 11 years old and under stay free when sharing a room with parents/guardians using existing bedding.
8. Are meals included in the group rate?
No — the rate is on the European Plan (EP), meaning meals are not included. Atlantis offers a wide variety of dining options you can explore during your stay.
9. How much will my card be charged at check-in?
Upon check-in, the resort will place a hold of $150 per day for incidentals plus any remaining room charges (if applicable). Debit card holds are immediate withdrawals.
10. What is the maximum room occupancy?
The Coral rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. For guests 12 years and older beyond double occupancy, there is a $50 per person, per night charge plus taxes and fees.
